Annual Report ✨💫

✨Annual Report✨

On April, 17 we had programme of "Annual report" organised by Department of English, M.R.R. Monapara Arts College. In that we have to present a report of last year 2022-23. We have arranged everything from last few days. All the things decided previously. It was devided in two sessions.

We had started our first session around 8:45. Aakash and Jay were anchor of first session. First we had done prayer "Maitri Bhavnu Pavitra Zarnu".  Prayer has bunch of good ideas in it like, the stream of friendship flows in my heart, let the whole world prosper, Idea of humanity and "Vashudheiv Kutumbakam" reflects in it. Then we had SPEI anthem song. Then all the faculties welcomed by handmade bouquet.

Then we started presentation of our Annual report. I was first presenter. I covered all the aspects of last year like 1. Competition
2. Presentation session
3. Research paper presentation
4. ICT tools
5. Sports
6. Celebration
7. Seminar/ workshop

Then in chronological order all the third year students presented their reports. Additionally, second year students Rutvi and Bhadresh also presented their reports. Thus, our first session ended with Bhadresh's presentation.

We had second, in which most of the students presented their activities. Rutvi and Ridhdhi were anchor of second session.

First I had biosterouslly performed classical dance on song "O Rangrezz". This song has melodious lyrics and music, it's best for seizing the day too. That is why I choose that song. Then Yangndeep recited poetry "થોડોય બહાર રયો છું કે ડૂબી ગયો છું આખો , જોશી જી મારું ભવિષ્ય ભાખો ". Bhadresh had done acting of Rajkumar Saheb. After that we had some videos of our activities which was prepared by Sir and presented by me.

       Rajdeep recited poetry, "Vaat shu kare che ?".
These lines are best. Then Ridhdhi arranged games for us. We had played kho-kho. We enjoyed a lot.

In between I had been showing videos of activities. It was like nostalgic movement that all the good reminiscences was moving in front of the eyes. Everyone had big smile on their faces. Ravi had sung a song "Bandeya". Bhumi and Hemangi danced on songs "Hum nahi sudhrenge","Give me some Sunshine". Both were exceptional dancer.

Additionally, Shruti sang song," Ye dosti hum nahi todenge". Jay sang a song," Batain ye kabhi na ". They have melodious voice. Then Rutvi came up with a game "fish pond". We had lots of fun in her game. After that Vishvjeet presented a song.

At the end of the session, each students felicitated by all the faculties. Some of the students gave feedback. Every professor and our principal sir gave occasional speech. Vipul sir provided the feedback of whole programme. Vipul Sir and Vaidehi Mam gifted us book by Ravish Kumar, "The free voice". It's best kind of souvenir.

Bhadresh also gave us gift. Then we played garba. Mam gave her speech and most the students become emotional.  We wind up everything and went for lunch.

We had merriment, fervour  and learning. There was a kind of mixed emotions, we are happy that we are going to start a new journey and there will we so many new doors of learning open up for us. However we are leaving our college and best teachers and friends.

I became familier with technological tools and learnt to deal with it. I learnt to make bouquet, dealing with Google sheets and trying to be impromptu presenter.( it's kind of hard thing)  As we had two roles that day, we were presenting something and also we were working as volunteer. So we now learnt to do multitasking thanks to Vipul Sir. This day will behold always special place in heart that we create reminiscences with friends and teachers who are now like family. Some good bye is hard.

I am obliged to our college and principal for always be ready for arranging things. Thank to Rajdeep for capturing all the beautiful moments. Thanks to all the juniors for remaining present there and putting lots of efforts in making our day special. Thanks to Vaidehi Mam for being with us, guiding us, and always being ready for arranging everything for us. Special thanks to Vipul Sir for arranging every single things. Looking after every student's activities and putting lots of efforts for us. We are lucky to have glistening professors like you.
Thank you. ❤️✨💫
